To preserve your jewelry:

Handle with care and refrain from activities that could expose your jewelry to damage, such as scratches.

Remove your jewelry before sleeping, showering, and handwashing.

Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, hair products, and cosmetics to prevent damage.

Store each piece separately to prevent them from scratching each other.

Cleaning and Maintenance Tips:

For gold pieces, use a dry, clean cloth to restore shine.

For diamond pieces, gently clean them with a soft-bristled brush using lukewarm water and gentle cleansing soap, then rinse in warm water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

Simply clean pearl pieces with a soft cloth, as they are sensitive to soaps and chemicals.

Do not use ultrasonic cleaning devices, as these may damage your jewelry.

Repairs

Micah Antoni guarantees a warranty period of twelve months on all items from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase from authorized retailers is required to validate the warranty.

During this period all maintenance and repairs due to manufacturing defects will be covered by Micah Antoni. Please note cracking, chipping or scratching of stones are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover the loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Please reference the guide above for more information on how to keep your jewelry in the best condition.

After the twelve month period, these services will still be available but the fee will be covered by the customer.
